Return & Refund Policy
No Physical Returns Accepted
Due to FDA regulations, health and safety standards, and the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept physical returns under any circumstances. Once a product has left our facility, it cannot be resold or restocked for safety and regulatory compliance reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances, including opened or unsealed supplement products, perishable goods, sale items, and gift cards. If you have questions about whether your specific item qualifies, contact us at support@trynovexahealth.com before making any assumptions about eligibility.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order only, subject to the conditions below. This guarantee is limited to one claim per household and is non-transferable.
To be eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Your request must be submitted within 60 days of your delivery date
- You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout
- You must provide a clear reason for your dissatisfaction along with supporting photos where applicable
- The claim must be your first refund request with NOVEXA Health
The request must be submitted directly to support@trynovexahealth.com — we do not process refund requests made through any other channel.
Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the information provided. General dissatisfaction without supporting detail does not automatically qualify for a refund under this guarantee.
Refund Process
All requests must be submitted through our customer service team at support@trynovexahealth.com. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We do not process refunds for chargeback claims filed without prior contact — doing so voids your eligibility under our satisfaction guarantee entirely.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We will replace or refund at no additional cost. This is separate from the satisfaction guarantee and is not subject to the first-order limitation.
International Orders
Due to customs regulations and international shipping logistics, we cannot facilitate returns from international destinations. Our satisfaction guarantee still applies under the conditions above — contact us to discuss your concern.
Final Decision
Our customer service team will provide one resolution per claim. Once a final decision has been communicated, the matter is considered closed. We are unable to continue correspondence on resolved refund requests.
