Thank you for shopping with Novexa Health. Below you'll find detailed information about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that delivery time begins after your order has been shipped, not the date of purchase.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.

You can contact the vendors if you ship internationally.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days from the expected date:

  • Confirm your tracking information.
  • Confirm your shipping address was entered correctly.
  • Contact our support team at support@trynovexahealth.com.

Our team will investigate the issue promptly and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Novexa Health is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@trynovexahealth.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
